Today at about 4:30 this afternoon I stopped in to order a large iced Salted caramel. Coffee was fine. The manager who working was being very rude and degrading to who I assume was a trainee. A young kid, probably his first job. He was having trouble reading the order screen and making them out of order. So he was making mine and made it a hot coffee. NOT impressed with this DnD. I wish I could given them zero stars. I've visited this location twice within the last week. Took advantage of the 99cents iced coffee between 3:00-6:00pm. I didn't realize this meant crappy service and crappy coffee!
First time I ordered a regular iced coffee and a French Vanilla iced coffee. The French Vanilla was SO over done and was so sweet we combined our coffees to balance them out.

This location is awful. When you order and pay for extra cream cheese you would think there would be a decent amount, but hardly can even see its on there. and my sons sandwich tastes like soap. This isn't the first bad visit but it will be the last one.
