“THE BEST JERK AND SOUL FOOD IN THE SOUTH SUBURBS. It is HARD to find a good jerk or soul food restaurant in the suburbs. Able to find one that’s good at both is rare. This place is a hit! The jerk lamb chops and rib tips are great. Perfectly seasoned and not too spicy. The greens, Mac and cheese and string beans are delicious. Definitely reminds you of a home cooked Sunday dinner at your mom or grandma’s house. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND“

“First time me and my husband have been here. As we walked in our hands were shipped by the owner, which was a great welcome. The waffle was amazing. Presentation of the waffle was great. The eggs were cooked properly. Coffee was wonderful, including a craft at the table, lemon water was placed on the table as well. If I am in this area as I live two hours away I will certainly return. I recommend this place highly for a wonderful breakfast. Nice big menu but not too overwhelming. Give it a try. “I've been there 2x this week for breakfast. First time I had the chicken fried steak and fruit. While not much on presentation (not an easy dish to " spiff up"), it was delicious. The service was a bit slow. Today I had the gypsy skillet and substituted for the fruit. Better presentation. Server remembered me and was was very attentive. I hope to go back for their new dinner. Maybe they could table tent some of the different dinners?“
