“The young man with dark hair from Louisiana was one of the most kind people to us! He was so polite, smiled and offered a scoop of custard since we had to wait a little longer. We did not complain about the wait. He apologized and offered the custard. When we got our order he apologized again and sent us on our way with a smile and a have a great evening! Whatever kind of training this young man had should definitely be followed with every fast food chain! Or every restaurant in general! I hope he is waiting on us the next time we go!“

“Listen don't sleep on this place because you think it's name is basic......the ice cream is phenomenal and reasonably priced especially when you are on a tight tight budget. “My husband and I have gone to this location a couple times now for late night ice cream and the service is always prompt and workers super friendly.

I most recently ordered a specialized birthday ice cream cake and was very happy with how accommodating and detail oriented Melanie was. The cake looked and tasted great. I highly recommend going into the store to order cakes as the online ordering process wasn't super user friendly.

Overall I have been happy with the experiences I've had thus far at this location.“

Parking: Parking on both sides of the restaurant. We ate at 5 o'clock at the height of business. Lucky enough to find a parking spot as the place was packed“

“They have really good burgers, and the flavor of the day for custard is always good. One minor thing that's more directed at corporate than this location is that I wish the app better differentiated between pick up to eat out of the building and order ahead to eat in. McDonalds makes it a little clearer in their app.“

“I came in today with a group of individuals from Open Door Rehabilitation Center, and we had a lovely lunch! Matthew was the kind employee who took all of the orders for our group. He was super sweet, diligent, and patient! I had to make eight separate orders, all with cash and all with receipts, and he made it as stress-free for ME as possible, even though there was a very large line behind me! He was very friendly and sweet, and is the reason I wanted to leave a review today! Everytime I come here the food is great and service is kind, but Mathew's service made it extra special this visit.

Wheelchair accessibility: We had 2 individuals in wheelchairs today and we find it is easy to move around the dining area even if it's busy!“

“Haven't been to a Fairy Queen for at least 9 years. We stopped in to get a gift card for a friend who's a fan and noticed sugar free Dilly Bars as an option. My husband and I got one and while it wasn't gourmet, it tasted refreshingly yummy, no after taste and really hit a quick spot for us both! We'll get it again!“
