I most recently ordered a specialized birthday ice cream cake and was very happy with how accommodating and detail oriented Melanie was. The cake looked and tasted great. I highly recommend going into the store to order cakes as the online ordering process wasn't super user friendly.

Cheap, a variety of dishes and desserts, a rather gingery egg drop soup that was tasty, and the garlic green beans had me sharing the plate with ice cream because it is delicious. The spiced meat had a nice tingle to it, same with Tom Yum soup.

Friendly staff. Wait staff will be on top of your refills and taking used plates away in a jiffy.“

“I believe her name was Remi, and she was absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 8, including 7 kids, and she was incredibly patient while taking our order. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, even with all of us trying to figure out what we wanted. She had great customer service and was genuinely such a pleasant person. It’s not always easy ordering with 7 kids, and she made the whole experience so much easier!“

“This is not a ‘sit in’ place. I think they only sell ice cream treats. No cooked food. Depending which staff you get, you will get a generous size soft serve cone or a minimal soft serve. No middle ground. Hope you get the generous one!

“I would say that this is a good Culver's...But it pales to the Culver's at 6 miles cypress in Fort Myers Florida...In the Fort Myers location you can actually taste the butter in the Butterburgers ! “We decided to order from Culver’s tonight to contribute to the fundraiser for LWC. We ordered on the app to make to faster. When we arrived at the restaurant there were cars everywhere! It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!“
