“I do recommend them, HOWEVER, on our recent visit, as I ordered, a worker stood near the order window, proceeded to take out a lip balm, put some on her finger and rub it into her lips. Then took my order receipt and made one of the items, NEVER WASHED HER HANDS. When she gave it to me I asked her if I could tell her something. I told her what I saw and that she didn’t wash her hands. I then told her to wash her hands and make me another. Obviously this company or management did not emphasize hygiene.“

“First time having froyo and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and we loved the amount of toppings they have! The staff are helpful and so nice. With it being self serve, I assumed it was going to be messy and dirty but the wonderful staff stayed on top of it and kept everything as clean as possible! Will definitely be a return customer and am referring all of our family and friends!“

“Not greeted upon arrival - young, inexperienced staff may be the cause. Didn't take long for service, obviously were busy with something else prior. I recommend this stop full-heartedly, but not for the day-to-day. These places are the reason for most obesity in the world, and, by god, it's worth it! ~Inside with Dunkin' Donuts, same entrance~“

“What a Great find! We drove in from PHX. Had dinner at the Pub next door. We saw a line standing and then learned they were waiting to get an Ice Cream. If all the locals are standing outside in this muggy heat, it must be a good! Had the Boston Malt with banana. Great service and a great value! Thx Frosty Tips! We will be back.“

“Went Into the store on Saturday night, While sitting down enjoying the wonderful ice cream the staff closed the inside portion and when I asked why they said that they were very short staffed and would only do drive though for the remainder of the night. We were one of the last ones allowed inside before they locked the doors. The staff was great, friendly and never flinched at being under staffed. I would have never known had I not asked if they were closing early. They did a fantastic job of maintaining a very professional and courteous demeanor. Great job to all of the staff and the management on that night. Will definitely be returning“
