“Everyone needs to stop in to this place. Super friendly, knowledgeable & the shakes are AMAZING! Try one of her protein cookies or even a protein bowl. So happy I found this spot whenever I am in this area I will be going here.“

“Everyone on this planet needs to come check this place out! The vanilla crème cold brew.. fire! The waffle sausage and egg sandwich… fire! The bacon egg bites… fire!! Customer service 12/10! Gentleman was so kind and friendly! I love to see that!“

“What a PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!

I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food and smoothies were fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the amazing customer service from an employee named Olive.

Olive was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. She had a positive attitude, answered all of my questions, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes customers feel valued, and Olive definitely did just that.

Thanks to her outstanding service, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at Tropical Smoothie. I would absolutely come back 1,000 times in the future and will be recommending this location to my friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work, Olive!“

“This is a cute local coffee shop that gives you big taste and smiles with every cup.“

“My family is hooked on their ice cream! Its the best around and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this place over ANY other ice cream place, especially the big box stores like dairy queen! 10/10 for Foxy's!!“

“Just discovered your place, amazing smoothie! 🥰🥰🧡🧡 Made my day 💛🥭🍌🍓“

“Ever since we found Scooter's for the first time in Chattanooga (long before it was an idea in IL) it was our place to overdose on caffeine. It's so good!!! Between the wife and myself, we've only had ONE bad drink over the years and states. We've been to ones in Wisconsin, IL, TN and Missouri.“

“Normally the employees at scooters are wonderful but the two girls working there today August 18th at 430 were absolutely the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered there! I ordered ahead and and had to wait because they had not even started to make my drink. There was no one else there and you would think they would have time to make one drink in 5 minutes! Those two girls couldn’t smile if they had to!“

“Very clean, fast and efficient, friendly staff excellent quality and taste.“
