Man look I’m sitting at the table in Ecstasy, I got the burrito margarita with some fajita peppers on the side and omg I’m full but it’s so good. I don’t remember my server name but he’s a good server. Nevermind his name is Hector, great guy and really checked in whenever he was free. Everything was fresh and I’m now sleepy. I’m definitely coming back here for real!!!!
Food is very good and the service is exceptional! Blue Margaritas is a restaurant in the Princeton area. It is a great little restaurant and a fun and vibrant addition to the local dining scene. The atmosphere is energetic and the staff are friendly, accommodating, attentive and impressive. The food is very good, absolutely amazing, fresh and deliciously seasoned with large portions. The menu is extensive and full of flavorful, beautifully prepared Mexican classics. Items mentioned include the burrito margarita with fajita peppers on the side, the appetizer sampler, the queso with the complimentary chips, tacos, the quesabirria, the street taco lunch special with carnitas and the chicken, the margarita appetizer, the fried ice cream and the signature drinks. The salsa, chips and margaritas are nice and yummy. It is nice to have another good eatery near Walmart. Blue Margaritas fits in very well in the Princeton area and comes highly recommended.
