Princeton is blessed with great local businesses but imo this one needs to up their game a bit. Although the service was good the food doesn't stand out in any way. The BBQ is just fine. The fried okra seemed from frozen and had weird hard bits inside. The sweet potato fries were cooked unevenly. They serve fish but have no lemon wedges? Hands down best BBQ in the area! A Diamond in the Rough! A hidden GEM if you will! Go get yourself some great food. Service is amazing and the food is wonderful.

Had the 1/2 lb.combo with baked beans and cornbread. This was my 3rd visit. They served me 2 thin in every way slices of brisket,and I do mean thin. The pulled pork was dry and needed a lot of sauce. The sauce was nothing special and they only had 1 flavor. It was all eat able but far from what a good BBQ joint should be. I'm probably not going back. Way to many other places to eat.
