I come through Quincy every now and then for work. In fact, I will try to arrange the work schedule so that we are there when Thyme Square is open. Every single time, our meals have been fantastic. The lox tartine is my usual breakfast go-to and it hits the spot every time. The macarons are, for my part, truly perfect. The shells are perfectly smooth but are not hard. The food is good but for being family owned, They sure don’t treat their staff like family.
The atmosphere, The staff and the food is fantastic! I purchased 3lbs of the their self butchered bacon and I'm telling you.It is absolutely 💯 the best bacon I have ever consumed in my 64 yrs, And I'm a 🥓 lover! I highly recommend this family owned business!🙂
