Staff Manager Christine was the best!
Traveling from Chicago to St. Louis, my granddaughter left a very special stuffed animal in the the play room. Didn’t notice it was gone until we were back in St. Louis. Called the branch in Rantoul Il and told Christine of our mistake. On her own time and expense she had it mailed to us by the end of the day! Unbelievably kind!!

Whenever I go there to get sweet tea the tea is absolutely never sweet it tasted like water and then the fries are never salty the service will have you waiting at a counter for 20 minutes and there’s not even a rush going on the people are plainly ignoring you like the workers walked past me multiple times.
