“Stopped in this morning for the first time in forever. The hammie sammich was delicious the coffee was great and the service was spot on. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be back more often“

“This place is one of the best spots to grab a drink in the morning. They’re incredibly efficient at getting cars through the line, even if there are seven cars ahead, you can expect to wait less than ten minutes. The staff is always super friendly too!“

“The team is very pleasant and efficient,got the order right the first time and service was reasonably quick. The restaurant itself didn't smell so good, like maybe wiping down with disinfectant wasn't so important, or maybe short-staffed? Also, when you walk in, the rugs desperately need deep cleaning or replacing because they have the same smell as old movie theater carpet does. Unfortunately, McDonald's has not seen fit to install a Coca-Cola Freestyle at this location, so I couldn't get my Coke Zero (although the crew keeps the tea fresh so I was still happy). Fries weren't really hot in the way I expect McDonald's fries to be, although they were cooked well otherwise.“

“IT’S WIIIIIIIILD to me that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come in… Which is MULTIPLE times a week… That I LITERALLY will stand in front of the register for 2-4 minutes (think about how long that actually is)… Where NO ONE looks at me or greets me. I don’t care that I wait for service. NOT an issue. This place is busy BECAUSE the products are so good. But the fact that a customer could enter your store and NOT be greeted is absolutely INSANE to me. The service in Rock Falls is SO. MUCH. BETTER. It’s taken me like 8+ trips before I finally made this post. Someone should really train these baristas how to represent your business. It makes me not even want to come here, when this is EASILY the best place in town. 😤😤😤“
