Beef-A-Roo Reviews
Came to this location for a quick bite, there was a line outside so I dined in but honestly I didn’t mind, the food was great and the employees were friendly. Manager, I believe her name is Dany was real helpful she apologized for the wait even though it wasn’t a big deal.. person at the counter was kind too didn’t catch their name and my food was fresh. Definitely recommend
Yesterday night June 7th, I went in for 2 555 meals. I went home and my beef sandwiches didn’t have any cheese on them. I went back and took it up with the manager, all I’m gonna say is everyone’s customer service is on point! She made sure to prioritize my food, offered me 2 new sides so I wouldn’t go home to cold food. Everyone at the front was doing great. Keep it up!
I had onion rings a large frying chicken tenders. It was decent for finger foods. Everything was hot and the person who took my order at the drive-thru and the person who was at the window were both courteous. I did not like that I didn't see like a tender fried combo type deal but from my understanding that's just how this restaurant operates. I gave five stars because it's decent food and good service.
