“I have got to say the food there is absolutely great they are by far the best buffet in Rockford IL truly the hunny chicken o man you gotta try it !!!! plus they have all or the shrimp oh do they have shrimp and much more they are a must try“
“I saw some of the bad reviews on here and I do not understand them. Four of us went there on a Friday afternoon at 2:30. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive because I have learned that when you go at that time of day on a weekday, usually the food is dried out from lunch and not turned over much. I was delightfully surprised that even though the only customers at the time was our table and another table with two people, the food was absolutely fresh and very very tasty! The staff was nice and attentive, but most of all the food was on point! Every time I go out to Belvedere to see my sister we will be going to City buffet for sure! Good job City buffet!“
“Hands down best buffet I've ever been to. Everything was delicious! Even my kids had a hard time finding anything they didn't like and they are picky eaters. We visited on a Friday when they were extremely busy and they were still keeping everything fully stocked and our plates were picked up quickly after we were finished. We will definitely be coming back!“
“We live an hour away and wheever we get close it's our go to.... Really good food and selection. Place has always been clean when we stop. Staff has all been really friendly. Great service. If you go away hungry it's definitely your fault.“
