Best BK in the Rockford area!!
Just went to this burger king tonight a little after 7 pm and the woman assisting us in the drive through was so sweet and accommodating! Though they were out of ketchup packets, she made sure we got the ketchup we asked for by adding a bunch to a plastic container for us. She also made us fresh hot fries without us asking and a big cup of water. The impossible whopper had heavy onion just like we asked for. Burger King offers decent fast food with fresh-tasting meals. The service can be slow, especially after 3 PM when staff often become rude and inattentive. Customers have noted that the morning staff before 3 PM is excellent, providing warm, fresh food and great customer service, but the quality drops sharply later in the day. The drive-through remains convenient, and the menu features popular items like cheesy tots and onion rings, which many enjoy. Some customers have expressed frustration with the staff's attitude and inconsistent food quality, such as cold meals and undercooked fries, especially when paying higher prices. The quality of the food remains a strong point, especially the Whaler sandwich, but inconsistent service and employee attitudes have impacted the overall experience. The free any size fry is appreciated, and the Impossible burger is liked but often not made to order.
