I go here often for my girls and for my company. It's usually very quick. There was one time I waited almost an hour for my pick up order and when I asked about it the young lady was very nice and asked me my name. I told her and then nothing another 30min rolls around and I ask her again and she goes and tells another young lady and she comes up and asks me if I checked in on the app. I told her no, I don't have the app. And she said they only go in order from check...
Their app is sketchy at best, but the staff at the Rockford location does their absolute best to keep customers happy. They are awesome and their friendliness and care makes the irritation of the app worthwhile.
And the cookies are usually out of this world too, though we have had some duds. Either flavor wise or sometimes a little too doughy in the center.

Excellent tasting cookies and very good weekly variety- I like that they change the flavors weekly.
Parking: Unless you do curbside the parking lot isn’t very big, plus there are lots of other stores that share the parking lot.
