Put in my order around 3:10 PM was told the order would be ready at 3:36 PM and they gave me my order at 4:05 PM. I had to wait 25 minutes more than what they had promised the food would be ready by. Their response was oh we didn’t see you pull up to the window, even though when I pulled up to the drive-through, I told them I was here for a pick up and I gave them my name, and they said pull up to the window, which is why I pulled up to the window. Customer Service is HORRIBLE, along with the Manager's ATTITUDE!! I DON'T recommend this location!! l will stick with the Kishwaukee St. instead!
