I ordered everything needed in order to get there special but the promo code doesn’t work so you would think they would be decent and still hook you up but no customer service sorry your phone broke like it’s my fault they advertised a bogus code

What started as a dine in experience turned into a to go order very quickly but only because the employees clearly aren’t capable of communicating respectfully the place is beautifull but small ... I was told I couldn’t get my money back after asking for a refund after the employee “Anna” rolled her eyes and clearly had an attitude because I asked for a water cup instead of the fountain drink I had ordered because the drink options they had weren’t what I had in mind … I apologized for not paying attention before ordering but both employees at the counter were clearly upset about me asking for a refund. The employee “Ryan” made about 4-5 calls and informed me there was no manager on site and he had to talk to somebody about refunding my money for the order after waiting about 10 minutes and going back and forth with him about the refund I told him to just pack the order to go and I would just take a bottle drink since it wasn’t possible to get my money back ... THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE LITERALLY TERRIBLE . I was told the “6pccrab egg rolls” had cream cheese and crab only with mango sauce over them got them and it was ONE EGG ROLL CHOPPED INTO 6 PIECES WITH MORE THEN JUST CRAB AND CREAM CHEESE… I asked for extra teriyaki on everything and was charged but didn’t receive?? The rice was over cooked and dry no flavor also … WISH THERE WAS MANAGEMENT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION BETTER BUT INSTEAD I PAID $55 FOR SOMETHING THAT DIDN’T GET ATE.

Food is trash. Made the mistake of ordering from this Hachi instead of the one in Loves Park; figured I’d try it since it was already paid for. It’s on me lol, that won’t ever happen again. Not even CLOSE to comparable. For anyone reading this, check out the one in Loves Park—that’s real sushi

Was on my lunch break from school decided to get sushi and first off their sushi is so bland to spend so much money in this place, they lack the technique of only using seaweed paper and no rice(for low carb/no carb friendly people) he over charged me on something I didn’t ask for only to find out on my receipt I ended up paying for it anyway. Then they play language barrier when you say something so I just didn’t bother to complain. On their door they advertise if you buy $18 + worth of food you get a free mango tea. I asked about it since I paid so much for an order he decided he wanted his staff to make for me, he said “only online orders” the listing doesn’t specify for online or in store orders so I wasn’t able to get it for all the money I spent. And usually with online orders how would you know you’d get a free tea it’s not on DoorDash or on uber eats so he basically lied to me and overcharged me. So I won’t come back here.

Poor quality, especially for the price. The Thai tea uses the cheapest tapioca pearl substitute and it shows. The sushi rice is mushy with no structure. The seaweed is soggy even when eaten right after they hand it to you. The tuna was mushy as well. The sauces were quite tasty, but couldn't make up for the low quality ingredients.

I understand if you're in a rush, but the cook of the steak bites with my noodles was unacceptable. Pink inside? Fair game. But what I received was so raw the outside was still pink. This is usually one of my favourite spots, so it was a big disappointment after a 30+ minute carryout wait.

They have gone downhill recently. I used to order all the time but now I won't be ordering anymore. They have their promotional special going on to spend 40 dollars and receive a free dragon roll. I didn't receive it. Get home and call and they won't even give it to me due to claiming I hadn't entered online order code which is just poor customer service personally I wasn't even happy about having to drive all the way back but the fact that they wouldn't even do it was just ridiculous. Also their rice price has went up drastically all while their sizes are getting much smaller.
