This location hires THE stupidest people in Rockford to work there........got screwed out of over $4 on my gift card,because the idiot behind the counter hit a wrong button,then told me I had to pay full price for my pizza---I walked out,and will NEVER go to Little Caesar's again!!! 🤬🤬🤬
I pre-ordered my food and it still took over an hour for that I could of stayed home and ordered pizza from somewhere else and had it delivered then they rude when asked about it saying they had door dash orders the orders should be made as they come in not because they are for door dash,grub hub etc after my experience tonight and it’s not my first time experiencing it either I will not be returning
