everytime i have been here, i’ve had to wait 10+ minutes. about 5 cars in front of me each ordered 1 drink max. employees have always been kind of odd and seemed to care less about anything. atleast the drink was decently made?

I had an issue with my drink, I didn't notice it was a drink with oil in it and I contacted this location about it, Nick was 10/10 so sweet and educated me about this drink and it was not mistake that it has olive oil, that the drink is supposed to be like it. I had no idea and sadly it was not my type of drink and Nick even offered to switch my drink for me! Sadly my schedule was busy but I got a refund!Nick 10/10Thank you do the education about my drinkAnd thank-you for being sweet about it

The Starbucks on S. Alpine is the worst one in Rockford. I get Starbucks every morning and I'll continue to go across town so I don't have to deal with the service at S. Alpine. They never get my order right. 173 is the best. I'll continue to go to that 1.
While in the drive through I waited well over 30 minutes. The car in front of me waited almost 10 minutes to pay. Absolutely unacceptable! I just wanted some hot coffee. Couldn’t pull away either because there wasn’t any room until i had already waited 20 minutes. Never coming here again.

Love the coffee, not a fan of the remodel. Got an espresso machine for Christmas and I used their Blonde Espresso at home. Perfect way to start my day.
Went to buy a water and coffee cup. The coffee cup was not spilled proof, as the employee stated. My wife almost burned herself badly. Will never buy or go there again.

I've been going to this location for awhile. But I have to say as of recently my experience here has been horrible. They haven't been able to make my drinks correctly at all. Its always disgusting now for the price I'm paying. I'm done with this location please avoid.

I had the worst experience. I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade, and they just gave me a mango dragon fruit with water. It had no taste of lemonade. They ran out of lemonade or something and then they swapped out my order without telling me I would’ve canceled it if I knew they didn’t have lemonade. I just wasted seven dollars because it tasted disgusting with the water.
