The cashier was handicap never seen something like this before, but he was addorable. The total was like $ 2.25 I gave him 3$ and after like 5 or 10 seconds he gave me a dollar back and said I get the senior citizens discount lol. I was in a hurry so I took the dollar walked out. I should of gave dollar back to him so that he can keep it. Things happened so fast and they threw me off with the disabled cashier. But yeah I got u next time..
This is my local Dunkin and up until a few months ago they had the most rude, unprofessional people working there. Idk what happened but it looks like they changed the staff to more friendly, attentive people who know how to make coffee. I hope the trend of good customer service continues here as the people who were here before wouldn't even say "you're welcome" or a simple hello. They seemed miserable.

I go here quite often with my kids. Service is always great. People behind counter are pleasant and nice to customers. Never had any problems. Sometimes even get a free donut. My kids and I love it. There is also a nice park to hang out in the back of the plaza.
