“At 5:08 pm on Saturday,May31, my husband and I walked in the door. We were the first customers after 5o'clock Mass. At least 3 servers looked at us and didn't know what to do.Finally a girl came over and took my husband's order. He paid separately since he was using 10 free meal tickets. I then ordered a strawberry field salad. My husband's and everyone around us got their food quite fast. I SAT AND SAT. NO FOOD for me. At 5:25, my husband went to the counter to find my food which was sitting. My husband took my receipt with him and left it behind. HIS receipt was order #AAAJPMYWACBQ Employee Reg1. I don't have my receipt since my husband left it behind. We have been faithful Culver custimers for over 20 years. Our service tonight was disgraceful.“

“Another location that my family and I have been going for years now too. It has its moments where it is super busy but just like at any other location they are understaffed and patience is a virtue. Sad they no longer sell nachos but the ice cream cones, blizzards and freeze drinks are always yummy ?“

“A+ on our ice cream cake!I ordered an ice cream cake online at this location because the closest DQ to us closes all winter. Online ordering was super easy, and I knew what I was getting at what price and when to pick it up.When I got there, the lobby was closed due to covid so we had a bit of an awkward "pass it through the narrow drive through window" moment, but it all worked out. The employee was really pleasant and engaged, a marked difference from the drive-through employee at another business I'd just been at.The best part? The cake was decorated with much more care and effort than we ever hoped for. I had indicated on the order that it was for an eighth birthday and that I'd stick a Pokemon candle on it, so if the frosting color vaguely worked with a yellow pikachu, that would be great.They did up the cake as a pokeball! My son was thrilled! It really meant a lot during a no-friends-due-to-covid birthday. And it was delicious! It was sort of a white ice cream outside layer filled with ice cream mixes with Oreos and with an Oreo cookie layer. Delish!“
