I enjoy their food. However, it seems like both the bun and the insides keep shrinking........ I feel it's an average tasting sandwich, but I still enjoy getting it on occasion. I feel some of their sides are a little pricey. The potato salad and pasta are half the size that I would get at other places for the same price. I grabbed two sandwiches through the drive-thru today and was pretty disappointed when we got home. My Buffalo Chicken Wrap was made as an Unwich but didn’t have any chicken in it, and my son’s Turkey Tom was made on the skinny bread instead of the original bread we ordered. Unfortunately, the bread was also very hard.
We had an issue with our order a couple weeks back. We reached out and spoke with Dom, the weekend night manager, as I understand it. Once he fully understood our situation he was able to help us out to our satisfaction. We will keep coming back.
