I've been coming to this Teriyaki Madness location with my coworkers for about two years, and it's always been one of our go-to lunch spots. My previous visit was disappointing due to burnt orange chicken and a very small portion of meat, so I left an honest review with photos.

Shortly afterward, Nik Patel responded, apologized, acknowledged the mistake, and invited me to contact the manager, Killian, so they could make it right. I stopped back in today, and they absolutely did. My replacement meal was fresh, properly prepared, generously portioned, and exactly what I've come to expect from this location. More importantly, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right.

Mistakes happen at every restaurant. What really matters is how a business responds, and this team handled it the right way. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the willingness to stand behind their food. Because of that, I'll continue coming back and would recommend giving them a try.“

“I absolutely love this place! They’re open late, and you can still order takeout in the evening since the kitchen stays open until 10:30 PM. I often finish work around 9 PM, so this place has been a lifesaver.

The lagman is absolutely delicious, and the ashlyamfu is especially refreshing in the summer. I also highly recommend trying the baursaks and ordering their fresh bread, you won’t regret it! I do miss their pirozhki, but they still have a huge selection of authentic, truly delicious food. If you’re in the mood for dessert, the honey cake is an excellent choice.

“Ok ordered there twice in the past week again. Tried something new this time, romaine, chicken, broccoli, eggs and cheese and just as good as the bowl i get with purple rice, chicken and broccoli. “Dinner | $20–30 Service is very poor here, especially after they hired a new chef who uses garbage ingredients and does not even use the ingredients that is listed on the food description. We ordered the basil Thai rice with chicken after having a good experience the first time with nice large pieces of white meat chicken. Well sadly the second time instead of using chicken, they put a bunch of mushrooms and there are not supposed to be any mushrooms in there and there was not any chicken. So I called and I spoke with Annie, who was supposed to be the manager. She said that I would have my next mail free. So I called today and ordered basil fried rice with chicken. Instead of getting basil fried rice with chicken I got a small container of brown rice plain and then a container of something that looks like ground beef with a few basil, leafs and onion. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had and it was absolutely not basil fried rice. It looked like they ground up chicken organs, and it tasted even worse. I would avoid this place at all cost because clearly they don’t care about quality and service any longer and when they make a big mistake, they double down and make the mistake again and they don’t really care to make things right.“

“Love this place. It reminds me of South Korea. It has all the good food and snackies. My only issue is their draft beer is Sapporo (but I get it). They do have bottled Korean beer options. The staff has a call button so if you need attention, hit the button. The have a small patio but perfect for nice nights. The inside has a lot of small booths so it gives that chozy pocha vibe without the temporary popup tent vibe. Still...love this place!“

“I went to Wok n Fire for my first time tonight and got to experience it a little differently with it being the first day you are able to dine indoors since COVID. Our waitress, Stacey was absolutely amazing! She gave personal recommendations and even traded out my girlfriends wine that she didn’t like. Great food and delicious!“

Their customers double park and Elmhurst police must have an arrangement with them to allow it.
