“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“I was coming into Walmart to purchase some juice when I noticed Charley’s Cheesesteak inside. It was lunchtime so I decided to grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by Afeera and she so kind and helpful. I was undecided on what to get to so she gave me suggestions. The food was great. It was very hot and fresh. I will be returning again. “The food is delicious here! The only thing is that the prices are high. It cost me $50 for myself and 2 kids to eat here. It also looks like this place is located in a gas station due to its location but would highly recommend visiting here!“

“To the one stupid person who left a 1 star review expressing their own stupidity and inability to do their own research. This is a “ghost” restaurant. This means they don’t have their own restaurant instead they partnered with IHOP to make their orders. It’s like 2 restaurants in one. IHOP cooks make their cheesesteaks. It’s all clean and professional. This allows small businesses to test a concept or start a restaurant on a small scale via door dash or Uber eats. You can also pickup the food at IHOP as they make it there.“

“The food there is delicious, fresh and well worth the money. I had ordered 5 meals from their and the price really was a wonderful surprise. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. The staff there was very professional and the wait for my food was very fast and accurate. Great food, wonderful employees. I will definitely be eating there again real soon. I will take my son with me because he really loved the food.“
