“I had heard Monti's was the best place to get a Philly in Chicago, and since I've been craving one lately, I had to give it a try. I can honestly say it's the best Philly I've had in Chicago and the surrounding areas. It definitely did not disappoint.
I ordered mine with extra mayo and white American cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the whole experience lived up to the hype. I highly recommend giving Monti's a try if you're looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak!“

“Chill spot with really fresh food. We decided to dine in after a relaxing sound bath. The bread was soft with great chew. It held up to the ample flavorful steak but wasn't excessive. They gave us a fresh bottle of A1 sauce to use on our cheese steak sandwiches and it complemented the flavor perfectly. The wings were a good size, perfectly cooked, separated and covered in two sauces that were delectable. And the FRIES!!! Thick cut, lightly crispy outside, pillowy inside, very lightly salted, and PERFECT!!! Lastly, the flavored lemonades were refreshing and actually tasted like what they listed. I enjoyed the peach. We can't wait to go back for the shakes!“

“This bar was the perfect spot after a Cubs game! Amazing presence behind the bar and quick service. We hung out for hours playing jenga and connect four before finishing off our visit with burgers and cheese curds! So glad we made the stop!“

“The Original Philly Steak is really good. But the other steak sandwiches are just wrong. Who puts lettuce and tomato on a Philly Steak? The cheese burger is very good. Better that what you would get at McDonald's. The fries are very good. The King Potato is excellent. This place is surprising good.“

“One of my favorite places for quick eats! Their portions are largeee, even if their prices are a bit high. The team is always polite and treat their customers with respect. You can tell that the owners aren’t prejudiced, which is unfortunately a common thing with most businesses in our community. So refreshing. Oh and that lemon pepper chicken and rice bowl is so, so good.“

“Food is always amazing. The owner Yusuf and the staff always give free appetizers and always hook it up. They always like to experiment with new sides and make sure to give us some to try for free to make us feel comfortable while we are waiting. They are one of the most underrated halal restaurant!!
