“Regardless of which location you go to whether some if not all locations are owned by the same person/family, you can never go wrong with Sammie's.

Whether it's a Chicago-style dog, Italian beef sandwich, gyros, burger ( Samburger) or Maxwell St. Polish sausage, fries; Sammie's knows how to do it and they do Chicago-style grub extremely well.

First time ever trying this particular location was this past April and was definitely well worth the price. Chicago-style food is a way of life and a culture that should be practiced if living in the Chicago area.

Clean dining room with friendly service and delicious bites at still reasonable prices make this venue another hot spot for awesome Chicago fare. I wish for many years of continued boomin' business for the owner(s).“

“Standard BK, not bad, except, i feel they over salt everything at this location. The fries and nuggets have been super salty the last 3 times I've been. They always have fresh Tacos though, so that is good. And yes BK has a taco on the menu!“

“so ordered combination teriyaki and garlic parmesan wings and an order of macaroni and cheese, the teriyaki wings were fairly saucy and reasonably tasty move on to the garlic parmesan wings which had zero sauce however they did have Parmesan on them. according to the manager they didn't have any sauce on it so they parmesan them up. now let's move on to the macaroni and cheese I've had macaroni and cheese out of the box from Aldi that had thicker cheese sauce. so I questioned the manager about this his exacting answer to me was we buy our ingredients for that at Walmart. so you buy your ingredients from Walmart when you're a restaurant so that's not actually acceptable and the lake county health department standards for a restaurant. you could literally pour the cheese sauce out of the cup so I question the manager on both of these and he's the one that told me this and didn't seem to give any care about our dinner... so I'm just leaving this up for everybody else they don't seem to care. didn't offer to make anything right and well they will never get our money again. if you want some macaroni and cheese Heck just go to Walmart and buy some you might get the better quality than they make.“

“Franks for the Memories has officially stolen our hearts.. again! My boyfriend and I came back for our second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first. We ordered the boneless wings and fries with cheese sauce, and everything was absolutely delicious. The wings were packed with flavor, the fries were perfectly crispy, and that cheese sauce… heavenly!

Even though the place was busy, the staff had such a great, lighthearted attitude that made the whole experience even better. They were friendly, upbeat, and on top of it all, our food came out in less than 10 minutes! You can tell they care about both the food and the people they’re serving.

We’re so happy to have this gem near our house. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again! :)“

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

I ordered pick up from UberEats today and accidentally ordered at the wrong location.. which I didn’t realize until I came to pick up my food… A gentleman named Teal was working behind the counter and said he would call the other location right away to cancel the order and remake my food for me! “Just had to write this review because I wanna say every time I go into this place it’s extremely clean. I’m an Uber delivery driver and I went in there today and they were having trouble with their credit card machine, but I would like to say they were handling it very well. The orders were still coming out while I was there. There was a guy there from corporate and it just seemed like he was giving the general manager a hard time. I just wanna say people like him cant prevent machines breaking. They really need to take it easy before they end up losing such a good hard-working manager. I did a delivery at 6 AM and then another delivery at 7 PM. And the GM was still there which is pretty impressive hats off to that young man He works so hard and people like that corporate guy come in and just make Their days, a lot worse we were waiting on coffee for my delivery, and the corporate guy just kept shaking his head I would like to say The customer that I delivered it to was extremely happy that the coffee was fresh and hot so thank you young man“

Typically we play it safe with the BOGO Double Butter Burger Deluxe burgers w/o bread but tonite we were feeling like a change of pace so I took a chance a called to what other GF options we had. Olivia was an absolute rock star and knew all the answers to my gluten free questions. She spoke to me on the phone and then assisted with my additional questions once I was onsite to order.
