“Sonya is my hero. She made me realize what to expect in a bartender. My life has changed forever and I am a better man. I cannot believe the excellence in such a small bar. I will always come here and talk to her. She is better than any bartender I have had in Chicago and Naperville combined. Does not take advantage of you for money. My favorite bar. Affordable beer and excellent service. This is my new go to bar.“

“Friendly tap was great. Your local corner bar / pub with good food! Had fish specials, fried cod and catfish dinners. They were very good, nothing fancy and you got what you expected. Value and good food doesn't have to be $100 a person , just good food at a reasonable price. Pub only has 8 tables and the bar and they were full and had people waiting for tables. Great place to go, will be back again soon.“

“Sabor Nayarit is our favorite mexican seafood restaurant we have found in Illinois. The food is always perfectly prepared. The restaurant is super clean and the staff is wonderful. highly recommend eating here you won't be disapointed.“

“We held my sister's celebration of life here, Geri,Kurt,and Lauren were absolutely wonderful. We had food catered and they took over and did everything to make the event go smoothly, we didn't have to do anything, what a great little bar and friendly local place to have a drink, would highly recommend it.“
