“love coming to this small town diner for breakfast or lunch....food is very good and staff is friendly. Also love the BBQ for lunches and weekends. The BBQ could improve by offering more sides. Our only concern was the upkeep of the floors and bathrooms....very dirty.“

“Ma and Pa chicken shack. The best fried chicken, livers and gizzards you'll ever have. I've been going to this place for forty years and I live an hour away. Gets busy on weekends. Taco Tuesdays are a must as well. Good people tastier food.“

“Great place to launch kayaks! They charge $5 to park if you're kayaking or canoeing and want to leaving a car there. Be aware their launch is pretty much all mud but the rivers low right by there so you can walk into the river then get in your kayak or canoe. But the best part is: you can bring any alcoholic drink that you order from in bar out on the river!!! You can't beat that!!!“

“Wow! Small town restaurant/bar that is beautiful, CLEAN, and food is great! Large portions, home made, and fresh was obvious in every meal! My chicken wrap had real chicken that had great flavor! Kids were pleased with lunch and got a big cookie to go!“

“We took a group of students to Idle Hour Lanes as an incentive trip. From the phone calls setting up the event to our time there was outstanding. They accommodated our availability time, had our students names entered into the scoreboard before we got there and was just overall helpful making this experience for our students fantastic. The students had such a good time, several asked if we could do this field trip again. That is high praise coming from our student population. Thank you Denise and Darrel for setting this up for us.“

I will always come here and talk to her. She is better than any bartender I have had in Chicago and Naperville combined. Does not take advantage of you for money. My favorite bar. “Came here a few times before but came out on Wednesday for a friends birthday. Slow as expected on a wednesday but Teeks was amazing and made some great drinks on the fly. Talented and super sweet, love that we got the bar to ourselves. Will definitely be coming back soon!“

“We held my sister's celebration of life here, Geri,Kurt,and Lauren were absolutely wonderful. We had food catered and they took over and did everything to make the event go smoothly, we didn't have to do anything, what a great little bar and friendly local place to have a drink, would highly recommend it.“

“The wife and I are looking for houses in the area and we decided we should try some of the food. This place only has 3 stars because it only has two reviews. I was surprised by the food in this place When you walk in, the place looks clean. Nothing seemed sticky. Seems like it is kind of a dive bar on the outside but when you walk in, I don't get that feeling at all. It looks like this place has a bunch of regulars as everyone knows everybody's name. You get us two weirdos from out of town but we didn't feel uncomfortable at all. We ordered cheese curds, a shrimp wrap and a pork tenderloin sandwich. Cheese curds are definitely real and not frozen. Some places you get frozen curds not here. The tenderloin sandwich had a Thai sauce which even without the sauce would have been a good sandwich. The sauce made the sandwich great. My wife had a shrimp wrap and that was also delicious. The fries had this pepper seasoning that were making them hit the spot. The waitress/bartender was pretty attentive. It was slow when we got here but told me the tenderloin was good and she was correct. She also kept our drinks full. Plus, it is just her and watching her now as the place got more crowded she is not messing around. The prices are very reasonable too. We are walking out spending 50 dollars with 5 drinks and an appetizer. That is not bad at all. If we got bottles, we would have saved more. I would recommend coming to this place. If we get a house in this area, we will be back. This place needs a better rating than 3 stars and that's why I'm rating this as I sit at the restaurant.“

“Everything from the fried mushrooms to the bluegill dinner was awesome. Our waiter/bartender was super attentive and nice. Not one complaint!!! A nice place hidden in Wedron, with great prices and great food. Glad we passed The Office and went here.“

“Amazing mariscos at a good price, drinks are very good! Overall the food is to talk highly about. There staff is on it, checkin on you periodically to make sure you are having a good time eating and enjoying your visit. My go to is of course the Langostinos, Levanta muertos, camarones cucaracha, their different ceviche options and their tacos de camaron!!! 5 stars but if could give Sabor Nayarit 10...i would! It is a little slice of Mariscos/Mexican Seafood heaven!!! Im so glad they opened up in plano and i hope they keep growing, they deserve it! It does get busy, so if you can't dine in order it go. “Stopped in here one day after driving a friend home figured we'd grab a bite to eat , and to my surprise they had "SMELT" which I used to always have growing up and you never see that in any restaurants nowadays, so of course I ordered it and it was just as good as I can remember definitely will be going back to this place more often, everyone was very friendly“

“I was surprised especially not knowing what to expect in such a small town as Sheridan Illinois. The building was really nice inside it was made out of a grain elevator of it's original wood inside we originally went there to play the slots and as we were walking and there was a band playing it was a really good band I was dancing“

“This is a really friendly environment and the staff are very nice here. I visit this place at least twice a month, it's one of my favorites. They have two pool tables at well along with live bands at times, not to sure how often though. A great place to have fun and unwind for sure!“

“Me and my fiancé came here for the first time today after exploring antique shops in the area. The history behind this restaurant is VERYYY interesting! Love that it was inspired by Teddy Roosevelt. Highly recommend the blackened tuna filet! I will definitely come back here!“

We have had many different foods here. Never a bad meal. We come to plano for Mexican food and this is it! They are always SO busy. Not one worker in there who isn’t busting butt.
