“I had the "build your own skillet", and it was WONDERFUL!! Bacon, sausage, ham, and GYRO meats were among the choices and you can choose 4! Eggs were perfectly cooked, and the skillet was wonderful! I will definitely go back. My wife had their enchiladas, and was completely satisfied with them. Go check them out!“

“This has become our regular stop on our way out to the lake. The food and service is excellent. I love the black and blue burger. If you love blue cheese, this is the burger for you. Their soups our delicious as well. The portions are huge, I can never finish my meal“

“I have been coming to the Somonauk Pancake House since I started Landscaping in 2019 they always have the friendliest staff. When you go in there it is like you were at home plus the food is definitely a fair price! I would say they are the best priced restaurant with the best food ! I mean come on what restaurant can you go in and get kids meals for $4.99 in there actually a lot of food on the plate!? I remember going there on a Friday and taking my whole crew there after working long hours of Landscaping and going on a Friday and getting fish and it was so amazing well I moved out of the area but still threw some jobs out there and we went there today and all the food is still amazing still a good price and they even redid the inside which is amazing!!! We love you Somonauk pancake house!! Plus I have to say our very first job we ever did as a company they got our business card from the Somonauk Pancake House! Eating an amazing meal make somebody’s mood really good. And they have amazing food I recommend them over and over and over again!!!!“

“I eat a lot of barbecue. I mean a lot and travel a lot everywhere I travel I have barbecue. The closest place to here in the Midwest that has comparable barbecue in my opinion is Tennessee. It's so awesome! We are driving 1 and 1/2 hours each way just to eat this weekend You will not be disappointed“
