Ba Le Sandwich Reviews
We were excited when we found out they were opening one in Schaumburg. We’ve been to the one on argyle and we really enjoyed the eggrolls. So we got then eggrolls and a couple of banh mi. I got the basa one. I’ve never had it before and it’s some! The fish is light but you can still taste it. Also the cashier had a great sense of humor and was super kind so that’s always appreciated. Love this place!
Yummy 😋 is the only way I can describe it. Lots of vegan vegetarian options. With friendly quick service and fairly priced.
Love the Vietnamese bánh mì and many others to go items. I am so glad that I don’t have to drive all the way to uptown to get the bánh mì any longer.

Ba Le Sandwich is a restaurant that recently opened in Schaumburg, and customers are happy to not have to drive into the city for it. The eggrolls and the banh mi are mentioned, including the basa banh mi, with light fish that can still be tasted. The Veggie Avocado sandwich is good, but the regular vegetarian sandwich is wished for. The banh mi bread is ok, the condiments inside good, and the toppings fresh. The service is quite fast with no wait time, and the staff is nice and friendly, with a cashier who had a great sense of humor and was super kind. However, the meat is skimpy, and the cilantro had some yucky brown moldy parts. The bathroom was dirty. The soup is disappointing, the pho was just OK, and there were not a lot of normal pho condiments. At noon there were not a lot of appetizers available, only pork in everything, and more tofu or seafood options (Do Chay) were hoped for. Expanded hours to an earlier time are wished for. Overall, decent sandwiches but not as good as the location in Viet Town Chicago Argyle.
