Seems people have mixed reviews, whenever I come they're always so busy but still treat me very kind. Food is always 10/10, service as well.
The young ladies that work here always look so happy to see me when I come up to the register. They make me feel welcome and appreciated.
I had an issue with my order. Called customer service and they took care of the issue.

Although the classic Cinnamon sticks are a popular snack, they are no longer available. The Cinnabon treat remains a tasty, sweet indulgence, perfect for a quick bite at the mall, despite being a bit pricey and smaller than expected. The cozy atmosphere and incredible aroma add to the experience, making it a special treat for the whole family.
