The best bubble tea in all of Chicagoland!
Was very disappointed. The savoury item and especially the sweet bun was below average. It was normal burger bun heated in a microwave with butter and sugar. You go to a restaurant to eat something unique, fresh and would want to make you go again and again. I did not find that in this cafe. Adnani chai, I tasted in many place and this is not that great either. Very much disappointed!
Classy shops and good coffee

Chai Biscuit Cafe - Boba, Tea & Coffee offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with contemporary seating arrangements. The beverage selection is impressive, with standout drinks like Taro slush, Mango yogurt slush, and Tiger cheese foam with boba. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. Customers praise the nice atmosphere, making it a good place to study or hang out casually, with board games and free Wi‑Fi adding to the cozy vibe. Recent reviews mention that the drinks, such as the Desi Chai Pot — a sweet, smooth, and delicious Indian tea — are enjoyed, though some found the Mango yogurt slush not to their taste. The prayer corner is appreciated as an inclusive touch. However, some concerns have been raised about the quality of the food, with reviews indicating that pastries and muffins are heated pre-frozen items, similar to those at Costco, and that some food items like the beef turnover do not taste as expected. Customers also noted that the drinks are often brought out from the counter without table service, which could enhance the experience. Overall, the cafe is a charming spot for chai lovers with many thoughtful details, though improvements in food quality and service could make it even better.
