I had make a store purchased for delivery on 8/5/2024 at the Schaumburg location, then I decided to cancelled the order on 8/6/2024. Waited for 2 whole weeks and still didn’t get my refund. During that 2 weeks, I had called couple times to inquire the status of my refund and the answers were just to wait. Disappointing Experience with Staff Behavior and Lack of Empathy on August 20th Afternoon
