Great spot inside Life Time. The grilled chicken with basmati rice was fresh, simple, and tasty. I also really like the lounge area, it’s clean, comfortable, and a good place to sit down, relax, or get some work done. Staff is friendly and the whole place has a nice atmosphere. Definitely a good experience.
First time there today All Signed Up Everyone was Outstanding n the Whole Loving place looks awesome way way way better than where I used to go A Plus Plus Plus Plus ➕️

Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous....read full review
