Horrible customer service. Don't even bother if you want your order to arrive by a certain date. "Thank you for your patience"....
This ordering process has been nothing but a nightmare. I ordered the cookie crate AND the milk truck cookie jar on November 28th. My order didn't ship until December 2nd. When I had my order delivered today (December 7th) I didn't receive my FULL ORDER. I went to check my account and it says that the Milk truck hasn't even been fulfilled or shipped yet! They had no problem taking my money for both items, and only delivered half. It was very expensive too by the way. $104 for...read full review
If you’re going to send cookies for a fundraiser in Florida and ship them from Maryland. You should probably have a better shipping system, especially in the middle of summer and in a heat wave. We ordered over $600 in cookie dough and they all came hot. With one ice pack and a cardboard box.
