What is going on here. Corporate needs to come check this place out. Tables were all dirty, orders were all messed up, food was cold. Terrible all around.

I ordered a 2 can dine , it was missing a piece of chicken…….
The fact that the owner takes time out of his day to waste time by offering an insincere apology for the same mistakes that are being made by his employees due to lack of effective management and actually standing on business. The apology is pointless and holds no value when you continue to allow the same incidents to happen over and over again ……
we don’t want apologies we want good service, quality product, fresh with a smile and refunds need be… not reworded apologies for what’s considered to be the NORM here .

So I was charged extra for the two piece white meat chicken but they ended up giving me the dark meat chicken. Why are these companies so quick to mess up people's orders? I understand this is fast food but when you paid extra for an order and they give you something else you didn't order, it very upsetting.

I'm trying this place for the third time. I generally like Popeyes but this location is run by less than appealing personnel. I will update my experience after this trip. If I am not pleased I am never coming back to this location. The manager needs to get on board and watch what the heck is going on with these youths that work here. Update, still sucks. Food with decent but the servers / order takers have no clue about the menu and the options and therefore I'm done with this place

I order my food but the manager is very rude and disrespectful she has no patience I have disabilities last I checked if a customer is not being rude or disrespectful you be nice as possible to that person or you get a one star review I have disabilities I have scoliosis cerebral-Palsy and a learning disability the manager was just mad because I didn’t know where certain things were I am never coming back and I worked at restaurants I never was mean to customers

Chicken was fully cooked, little on the slower end with their speed as my order ahead wasnt ready, but good service from what they could do

‼️‼️‼️ I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a large fried chicken meal along with a caramel cheesecake. However, they were out of the cheesecake (which costs 3.79 before tax), and instead of informing me, the staff replaced it with a strawberry pie that only costs $1.89 without saying anything. If I hadn’t noticed and gone back to ask, they likely would not have mentioned it at all, which felt very misleading. ‼️

Additionally, I specifically customized my chicken pieces in the app, since that option was available. However, when I checked my order, the chicken pieces were completely incorrect. They gave me a standard box and did not follow any of the customization I selected.

When I brought this issue to the staff, the situation became even more concerning. I had already taken one bite of a piece, but when I showed them that the rest of the order was wrong, they took my box and placed some of the chicken pieces back into their serving tray before giving me replacement pieces. This raised serious hygiene concerns, as food that had already been served to a customer should never be returned to shared trays. ‼️‼️‼️

Also, communication at the store was quite difficult. One of the Latina coworkers seemed to have trouble understanding English, which made resolving the issue more challenging and added to the frustration.

Overall, the store also did not appear clean, and the handling of both the order and the correction process made the experience very uncomfortable. I am very concerned about food safety and cleanliness at this location. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I was disappointed with my visit. The restaurant was messy and not very clean, and the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive. Service was slow, and my tenders were surprisingly small—more like chicken wings—considering the price. Overall, it didn’t feel worth it..

The chicken was good but everything else was nasty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold and didn't have any gravy, the beans and rice were barely warm and didn't have any flavor and the fries were limp/soft.

I understand that Popeyes in general is a busy restaurant. I'm a very patient person I don't expect anyone to roll out red carpet for me. However I don't appreciate it when employees do not offer any assistance when they see a customer waiting patiently to be helped. Then there's always usually an attitude that follows from said employees. Do better.
