I was born and raised until my late teens in El Salvador. ?? Having said that I think I know a thing or two about pupusas ?. Let me just say that I have tried many other places around Chicago and its suburbs, some good and others pretty bad. Excellent service, friendly staff, and timely delivery. Ample parking, charming decor with El Salvador tourist spot wall art. Customizable pupusas—our vegetarian choices (ayote, loroco and beans) were perfectly hand made with less cheese. The Curtido (fermented slaw) and sauces were perfectly flavored. This is the most spectacular thing I have eaten outside my house. I am Venezuelan and I was looking for a meal that had a very homemade flavor that would give you that feeling of being in a place. I had a chicken soup and it was delicious. I ordered a rice with stewed meat, a salad and It was like I was at the table in my home in my country. The attention was great. Five stars for you.
