I had a disappointing experience at this store. I brought a coupon and asked if they offered the new sandwich, “Chicken with Avocado.” The owner said they didn’t have it, but offered to add avocado free of charge to any sandwich I chose. I appreciated the gesture and selected sandwich #20. However, when I presented the coupon at checkout, he said it couldn’t be applied to my choice. I asked which sandwiches were eligible, and he vaguely mentioned “turkey” and “ham.” I then asked him to simply tell me the item numbers that qualified. He said none of the sandwiches listed on the board were eligible. It was frustrating that he couldn’t clearly explain which sandwiches the coupon applied to—especially since I’ve used coupons here before without issue. Communication was also difficult, as the owner had a strong accent and was hard to understand. When I asked about the avocado he had promised earlier, he suddenly said it wasn’t free, contradicting what he’d told me at the start. To make matters worse, there was a metal barrier blocking the sandwich prep area, so I couldn’t see the process of adding meat and cheese. It felt oddly secretive and made the experience even more uncomfortable—leaving me wondering why that part of the preparation was hidden from view. In the end, I couldn’t use the coupon, paid full price ($12.99 vs $6.99 coupon price), and left without any clarity on what the coupon was actually valid for. If the store doesn’t accept coupons, they should clearly post that on the front door. It would save customers time, money, and the frustration of dealing with inconsistent service and poor communication. I don't think I will go back to this store again.

I stopped in for a tuna sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to find the tuna freshly made. The ingredients were very fresh overall, and it’s clear this location cares about food quality and freshness something I can’t say for every Subway I’ve visited.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The store itself was extremely clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere.
Even though it was an overall good experience, I think $17.47 for a tuna sandwich was a little steep. For the price point, I’d say this was still an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely keep this location in mind for future visits.

I go to this subway location atleast once a week. The staff there is amazing. They are super friendly and very helpful. I work a little far away so I place the order online always and they make it perfect. Just the way I want it. There are couple other subways near by, but I still have take my time to drive to this location because of their service and food quality. The owner of the restaurant, she is also very friendly and always welcoming. Highly recommended!!!

Racist towards me when I was speaking my native language on phone. They should focus on having a professional attitude at work and leave politics at home. I kept having to repeat my order because they were not putting enough ingredients.
Coupon issue - they decided a sandwich wasn't included despite it not being listed as an exclusion. After waiting a long time to order and receive our food, plus can't see sandwich being made due to high metal barrier. Frustrating experience.

Ordered via the app. Got shorted chips and cookie, told the order didn't include either, bought chips and went back in with the receipt to show it was included. This was done going back and forth to the car as we were running to a baseball game. Amazing that employees can't read an order and a receipt that they want to argue instead of checking the order themselves. Definitely do not recommend this location. Also argue about soda in a bottle (ordered via app), nope only fountain. Here you do not get what you pay for
