She said why you did not told me before and that’s not my responsibility so I asked her show me the paper size. She called me “crazy person” and keeps repeating it. What did I asked wrong ? This is very pathetic behaviour of the lady.Still I paid amount of food.Vegetarian options: The vegetable we’re looking like steal.

So incredibly friendly here. Every time I go in, I am greeted with a big smile and hello from everyone that is behind the counter. Store is very clean. I never get any pushback when I ask for extra of any ingredient like tomatoes or olives or whatever. They gladly give me extra and are not stingy about it. Some Subways you go to and you say something like extra olives and they'll grab three more and put it on reluctantly. It's my favorite Subway and I'll often drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this one over another one closer by because of how friendly and generous they are. I also almost never give reviews. The last one I gave was 3-4 years ago, but because of how friendly and what great service and how good my sandwich was, I was compelled to give them a great review

The people here are really nice and want to make things right. My small issue was more with Subway as a parent company and your ease for consumers to order/customize their sandwiches. I did the BOGO footlong and there was no place on the app or website to add turkey. So I wrote it in the notes and ordered a BLT with no tomatoe. Why can you not customize your sandwhich subway? It's a build your own kind of place. Really poor on the parent company and I had to go back in and ask for turkey to be added. The people at this franchise were great and made it right, but my God, it took like 40 minutes for me trying to order ahead of time. Not very consumer friendly and that is Really Poor for a company this big. This individual owned franchise though was the reason for the 5 stars. Thank you.
