“When we arrived the hostess was very rude and didn't want to clean our table, almost refusing, until the manager told her to. Our server was very polite and did an excellent job. Myself and one of the people in our party ordered sandwiches and they were excellent. The fries however, seemed very old and stale. Another member of our party ordered wings and they were very small and almost seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Will definitely return for the sandwiches, but nothing else was worthwhile.“

“Updating my review. Still 5 stars. I now usually order through Uber Eats because of the 50% off deals every now and again if i want a full pizza for the family. They still have pizza by the slice usually ready at around 11:05 AM. Really good price for two big slices and a 20oz drink $9.99 My go-to pizza place still to this day.“

“My daughter and I went to the casino a week ago. After we went there we were famished. It was 10:30 at night. Nearby pizza places were closed or closing, which is strange due to the fact it was Friday night. We seen that the Pizza Hut in Shorewood on 59 was open. We went in and ordered a medium sausage, pepperoni pan pizza, breadsticks w/o cheese, and boneless Buffalo wings. The lady who took our order was very funny! I was ready to pay and she said WAIT! She said no, let’s see if we have any coupons first! We got our meal for an agreeable price. When the food came out piping hot, I thanked them. We went into my car and we sat there and ate (I’m telling you, we were hungry)! The boneless buffalo wings were hot, crunchy, and saucy. The breadsticks (which are my fav since I was a child) were hot pillows of perfection! To top it off, the pizza tasted amazing! Thank you so very much Shorewood Pizza Hut! To be honest, it was the best Pizza Hut I have ever eaten in my entire life (yes it was that good)! I will definitely come back!“

“I set up an order for a specific time. My husband went to pick up the order after work and it turned out that I accidentally set the date for tomorrow. They not only fixed the issue, but expedited it. Thank you for being so wonderful and fixing my mistake! My husband works long shifts at a difficult job (I know you guys do too) and he is exhausted. I’m very grateful for your kindness.“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I can’t say enough positive things about this location. The staff are always friendly and my order is always right. We have a Wing Stop less than 5 minutes away from our house but I drive the additional 10 minutes to this location because they never fail. Our wings are always fresh, fries are always hot. I am a very picky eater and I ask for my wings to be cooked a certain way and without fail this location always delivers! Don’t second guess it, stop by this location today.“
