After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.
Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE
I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.
Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.
I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’
No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.
To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.
The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.“

“You couldn’t ask for a more friendly staff. Drinks are always perfect- I don’t even order anymore. I just say surprise me! The owners are also sincerely kind and welcoming. An all around great atmosphere! Highly recommend!“

“My friend and I came out to enjoy a nice evening in the Village and decided to stop by Brew for a bite. We were greeted by a young lady named Kaitlin, who took care of us from start to finish. She was friendly, sharp, and just the right amount of sassy to keep things fun.
She handled our table (and what looked like half the restaurant) with ease — quick, attentive, and on point the whole time. The other staff seemed solid too, but Kaitlin really stood out. She made the experience.
Highly recommend asking for her next time you’re in. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Food was great my order was correct and came out fast. That being said I did have a couple issues when I came here.
1. Went I went through the drive through I was told by the staff that a receipt would be in the bag with my food. It was not which is unfortunate as I cant get reimbursed by work with out it.
2. There was no straw for my drink as well. Not a major deal as I was able to drink it by taking off the lid. But it still was a but annoying.
Overall experience was good and I will come back in the future.“

“Went to this kiosk today. Sarah was the barista to help me. She was exceptional in customer service and drink quality. I only get a café vanilla frap and Ive had MANY. I will say it was the BEST tasting frappacino I've EVER had. And I have been a barista myself so I know how an expresso made coffee should taste. It was perfectly made. I appreciate her attentiveness and friendly service. I will be back!“

“Wow! This place knows how to take care of customers. We had a large group in a private room for a meeting. This place is firing on all cylinders. Food was prompt, accurate and delicious, room and atmosphere was great, but the staff? TOP NOTCH. 🤙 Appreciate you taking care of us! Will dine here again.“

“What a tasty looking salad bowl! Love pancheros:)They out rank other Mexican themed bowel places. Fresh ingredients, blue corn chips, and queso. This location shinned in customer service. The man preparing my food ( dark curly hair and rose tattoo) had excellent customer service. He was polite, engaging, and drained all the juice from the black beans! Big win for me, because soggy lettuce is not good. Will be back.“

Yes, fresh costs a little more...however, free toppings, friendly, efficient employees! Impeccable cIeanliness makes me a fan, all day long!“

The entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They always create a welcoming atmosphere and make sure I have a great experience. “We came this past Sunday, 9/29, for our son's 10th birthday and it was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh, our fries stayed filled and she made sure to bring extra campfire sauce (the b-day boy's favorite!) I wish I would've gotten our server's name, she was tall, skinny, her makeup was flawless and had a leopard print headband and phone case. She was SO SWEET!! Very attentive, she engaged not only with us but our son too. She made sure we had everything we needed and even got all the other servers to come over and sing to our son for his b-day. He was so excited and even got a Polaroid to take home of him and his b-day sundae. I just wanted to make sure they know what a gem they have in this waitress b/c she was absolutely awesome. Thank you so much for making our son's day so special!“

“Service is always excellent, it’s the missing items that’s the problem. Literally, something so simple as a cherry on top of a milkshake, and it can’t ever be done whenever I order!“

“Feels like a corporate cookie cutter image but not necessarily a bad way they keep up on the condiments and cleaning very well and the staff is always so friendly and helpful I can't stress enough how much better it is comparatively to some of the other facilities that I'll visit. The food is usually always on point and quick turnaround times“
