I want to share how amazing my experience was with Brian M. at Chick-fil-A. From the moment he helped me, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient. He spoke to me with a positive attitude and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time.

Brian really listened to me and didn’t rush the interaction. He made sure my order was correct and explained things clearly, which showed that he genuinely cared about giving me the best experience possible. His tone was friendly and welcoming, and it honestly made my day better.

What stood out most was how thoughtful and considerate he was. He treated me with real kindness, not like “just another customer.” You can tell he takes pride in helping people and making sure they leave happy. Because of Brian, my visit felt personal and enjoyable.

Brian M. is the kind of employee that represents Chick-fil-A at its best. His customer service toward me was outstanding, and he truly deserves recognition and a raise for how well he treats people.

Best Chick-fil-A experience to date. Was able to play the game Sorry while eating my food that came out promptly, hot, and delicious. The workers were a delight to talk to and we had a good laugh with them even though we only talked for a short amount of time.

The location on Touhy by the lincolnwood mall is horrible. Bad service n follow up. After they forgot a third of our order I called to let em know and took 5 calls before the person would actually stay on the phone without disconnecting me- unable to understand how the customer service could be so poor. Ultimately the manager suggested i create an account on the app amd they'd add a reward to cover the missing meal. After a few days it never appeared. I called back and got the same story but again took multiple calls before being able to speak to someone. Again no corrections made. It is more than a few minutes away so not like I can just run right back there- a few days ago I was in the area and stopped by and AGAIN they said they'd correct it if I wanted to wait a few minutes they'd get me the order... my wife wasn't with me and was working til 1am so it made no sense amd I asked simply for the credit I was promised- sure, they'll add it to the rewards. Heard that before. 3 days later its not there. I sorta think im not a customer that will return. Sure, I only spend 50 bucks a month there, but not anymore. Very disappointed

I wish I could give them a zero star the staff there is very rude and inconsiderate. I was picking up my order and this Latina girl walks up with my order and was about to make the drink. She put the ice in the cup and then walks away and start serving customers at the counter waited like five minutes before another Out of shape manager walks up with an attitude, gives me my drink, and I tell her I was supposed to get served first and she said customers at the desk are served first like if I was just brushed off to the side very rude and they should all be retrained on respect to all customers not just the White ones.

On Friday I order a spicy biscuit with pepper jack cheese and egg and hashbrowns when I got to work I noticed that I had a sausage and bacon biscuit. I called them and they said they will fix my entire order today on Tuesday, October 22 the manager, Gabby Gave me a lot of fuss about. She asked me to pay for the hashbrowns and I said no they said they replaced the entire order on Friday. I did not eat hashbrowns with my order. My order was completely messed up. I do not eat pork and she was like oh I’ll do it for you this time. Never apologize for the inconvenience and made me feel very annoyed And now I will be going to a different Chick-fil-A to eat it.
