Worst chic fila I’ve ever been to. Usually very well and good customer service I’ve complained about my food twice here because of it being wrong and they had the nerve to tell me just try it and see if I like it. Absolutely unacceptable.

bsolutely unacceptable. I ordered two chicken club meals, and both sandwiches came without the grilled chicken patty — literally the main ingredient. Just dry buns with toppings. How does that even happen? This isn’t just a minor mistake — it’s complete carelessness and a waste of my time and money. For a place that prides itself on customer service and consistency, this was an embarrassing fail. Do better.

My daughter loves this food... I treated us to our favorite items. We have plenty of choices around the area; we chose this one. I expect excellent, attentive service. I appreciate to be acknowledged and welcome when entering a restaurant or shop-- which did not happen:/ though there were several workers standing around. I understand that these workers are supposed to be so excited and enthusiastic and not ignore customers- who are about to order dinner... The cashier 'Carolina' barely said hello to my daughter and me when we were about to start ordering. They need some serious people training... I was here a few months ago and thankfully it was better than this ignorant treatment today. I called to speak with the manager- supervisor, yet he wasn't available... Order #1415551

I love this place. Food is amazing. But I have taken my last visit to Chick-Fil-A until these prices change. This is getting completely out of hand. Far too expensive for most people. I just spent $16 on a single meal. Give me a break. I’m done here.

I used to live in New York and often went to this place. But here in Chicago, specifically at this location, I loved everything! The staff are very polite, the restroom is clean, and the tables and everything else are spotless! The food is delicious — honestly, the best fast food in the U.S., McDonald’s doesn’t even come close! It’s nothing like New York, where it’s always overcrowded, dirty, and untidy. I give it 5 stars and will definitely come back again!
