Me and my family went to this theater the first 3 times , but nothing happened until the 4 times this "old man " came and told me that I wasn't allowed to have water bottle and that they sell them there it was really annoying because they didn't say anything about it before and in other theaters they didn't mention it as well. If you have seen this old man in the theater and told you something. It's not your fault. I probably won't come back...
Don’t get me wrong the theater has nice seating I give them that but the luxury part of it I don’t see at all. Came in and escalator was down so had to walk up the all them stairs. How luxurious right ? And carpets had big stains all over which was gross. If you order a food item that’s not popcorn, instead of them bringing your food to you you have to go back down to the concession stand to pick up your food, so you’re probably will have to come down after your movie...
Nice theater,comfy chairs, nice staff. Monster nachos were good. Kids combo could be better. The atmosphere in lobby could be more inviting. Adding some music and a couple games while you're waiting would be nice.
