Great food and all but could do better with customer care
The food was tasty, although if you’re used to very spicy food, you might find the spice level a little mild. One thing I really liked was that they serve the food in dishes with lids, which helps keep it warm throughout the meal. Even by the time you finish eating, the food stays nice and hot, which is a great touch! The prices are also very reasonable and offer good value for money. Overall, I had a great experience and really enjoyed the food!
Dosa was tasty but a bit too thick in some spots. Chutneys were decent but slightly undersalted. Sambar was very tangy, which I liked.

Portion sizes are more than enough, and the prices are very reasonable and more affordable than other places, offering good value for money. The inside is nice, clean, welcoming, and peaceful. The server and the lady at the front are sweet, kind, and helpful. First-timers should note that orders are placed at the register. The restaurant is an early morning place in Skokie to eat dosa, with carry out available and a wait of about 10 minutes for orders. Parking is a bit tight around there. Dosa Delight is highly recommended and worth coming back to again and again.
