This Dunkin’ has gotten worse. I waited 15 minutes for my food and got it wrong. Was late for work! They do not put your food in bags and do not give napkins unless you ask for them. The food is not cooked properly, undercooked. I use to like the old place when the quality was better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not go back!
Today's fundraiser for Special Olympics Illinois was a success, due in part of people who cared and donated. We raised over $3000!!, well over previous years donation amount.
Special thank you to Dunkin at 5150 Touhy Ave. Skokie IL for their continued support on this worthy cause. Thank you for it's amazing staffs for their friendly and outstanding service.

The coffee is a highlight, known for not being watered down like at other places, although there have been complaints about coffee cups not being filled to the rim. The service is usually good, but some issues have arisen with the lid of the coffee cups, causing spills. Occasionally, mistakes happen with orders, but the staff is nice and will correct them if noticed in time. Overall, Dunkin' is a great spot for good coffee and friendly faces, and customers are encouraged to support the family that owns it.
