“I had a horrible experience there. Just today I went there and I spent over $19 and I've never spent that kind of money there before and I'm a regular customer I get the same thing every single time and not until I have my receipt that I know how much money I spent because the little thing that shows you how much you spend wasn't there so I didn't end up knowing until she gave me my receipt which made me very mad“

“I always stop by Auntie Anne’s when I’m in the mall, and honestly, their pretzels never let me down. They’re always warm, soft, and just the right amount of salty. My favorite is the anlmond Pretzel—super simple but always hits the spot. The staff is friendly and quick, and I love that I can grab a pretzel on the go without waiting too long. It’s one of those treats that never gets old!“

“Oshawn & Larry went above and beyond at my recent visit to Auntie Anne's! The pretzel hot bogs weren't available yet because of how early it was (they are my FAVORITE) so I was kinda bummed out but they were able to move efficiently and get them out to me in 10 minutes! It's nice to see that in a world where good customer service is declining, that Auntie Anne's maintains it's outstanding customer experience, along with great food! Thank you guys again!“

“It was a quick stop, the shop was moderately busy, there were no customers queuing up to the counter, where an amiable staff greeted me cheerfully. I just ordered an Original Pretzel, that was consumed a bit later, it was good, but I've had better pretzels at some other Auntie Anne's shops. In any case, the pretzel was fresh made, and for me that was enough to enjoy it. The price of a pretzel has gone up: the total of $6.69 (with tax) seems to be quite high, but these days we often pay even higher prices for the food of much lower quality. I didn't get the refreshing drink at this shop, although the menu offered quite a variety of those. The shop is nicely appointed, the location is on Level 7 in Water Tower Place on N Michigan Ave.“

“Great location with perfect service, friendly and polite employees. You can always grab a snack here while shopping in Fashion Outlet Mall. Maybe a bit overpriced but tasty. Pretzels are warm, soft and fresh, I ordered the Almond Crunch and it was so good.“

“A surprisingly excellent snack… the pretzel was delicious and fresh, it actually tasted like a homemade pretzel.

Customer service was outstanding. Kevin attended us and told us how he makes fresh pretzels every 15 minutes. My kids loved the snack and though it was a little pricey, it was worth every penny! I’d definitely go back again“
