Napkins, napkins, napkins,,, First of all you guys have a decent burger. It's definitely enjoyable but can be messy. So when a customer comes in to pick up their takeaway, especially if they're in a tie and khakis and you do not include napkins, that should be criminal. Oh yeah, I shouldn't have had to ask for ketchup, again, for a takeaway burger.
