I chanced upon this place on my way home from work. And of course its because i'm craving sushi. So since I am on a budget right now, i ordered the regular rolls. 5 pc Shrimp Tempura Roll and the Philedelphia Tempura. You definitely know that the ingredients are fresh. And it is so tasty. I was at Aldi several weeks ago and decided to try to try to try this place out since it was very near by. I've driven past it several times but have never gone in. I ordered the shiitake mushroom roll, an aac roll(avocado, asparagus, cucumber) and a miso soup. The mushroom roll and soup was delicious, I also enjoyed the AAC just not as much as the mushroom. Very tasty and filling. The quality and taste of the fish is very fresh. Equal quality like the downtown restaurants but not as pricey. The presentation was EXCELLENT! Very colorful and the arrangements are beautiful. The one thing that made this a 5star is that the are open till 1am! Fair spacing for a quiet sushi spot that has quality sushi. Definitely recommend it! They even deliver late night.
