“I Have written about this place before but I don’t know what happened to my review. JoAnn at Tea and T is absolutely fabulous. She is so knowledgeable on all the teas and is an expert at recommending teas for a variety of ailments. My husband uses the sour sop to keep him cancer free. I use a blend of teas to help with weight loss. I also purchase tea to aid with menstrual pain for my daughter. This is the place to come to and the other staff is just as knowledgeable and confer with one another for recommendations. Did I mention the Tea sets are incredible with a wide selection and of course the the Turkish tea boxes are a piece of art, all by themselves. I love JoAnn and I love this store. This is not a mass produced place. It is high quality loose leaf teas just holistically for the customer. Go and see for yourself. You will love the JoAnn and her staff“

“I’m new to Chicago and work nearby. Been searching around for a good boba spot around the area and found this spot earlier today for lunch. Love that ube is becoming a thing and they had a good selection of drinks and dessert made with it. It paired well with my LUMPIA lol. Anyways, i don’t normally leave reviews, but this place deserved it for sure. The female that was working on the counter this afternoon was all by herself and I don’t know how she did it, but kudos to her. She made me a good drink. I’ll definitely be coming back and try their other selections for sure.“

“Honestly when looking at reviews, I disagree with all the negative feedback. Working with customer service has really taught me customers are never fully satisfied especially if they’re picky and just plain miserable. If you don’t like something why go and spread hate. The place is clean, affordable, and delicious 10/10 would come back. Keep up the good work. Plus it was my first time coming and they gave me this free little reusable bear water bottle 🙂‍↔️“

“Drinks and efficiency are 5/5. Best fruit tea in the area. It’s super cute with the couch and flowering tree, there’s some games, and good music. Accessibility is poor tho. I am using a temporary mobility aid, and there’s a couple inch step before the first door, plus no button to automatically open the doors. The path to the bathroom today was also very narrow due to lots of boxes, and I couldn’t get my wheelchair in (at least today). Seems like fixable things; add a small cement ramp by the door, clear the hallway, add a door button. :) I really do love this place overall and have even gotten a cute plushie keychain here too!“

“This is definitely a great place to be. There were a lot of people in the evening and they were having a lot of fun. The room itself was cozy and nice. The breakfast in the cafe was great. To be honest, I loved the place, it was full of energy.“
