Food was good not wow for the price. I paid around $250 for 2 people. What surprised me the most is they bring a small drink and never ask to refill it. Not even a cup of water. For the cost I’d think it’d be better service. I asked for additional tools for the King Crab and they just didn’t give them. Only one was put on the table to share. If it was $50-$100 maybe I can understand but for $250 I’d want a refill on the small coke. Over all it’s not bad just needs better...
The customer service here is the best I've had in a long time. A breath of fresh air and restored my faith in humanity! The music was too loud for my daughter who has a sensory issue with noise, and on top of that she was in a very bad mood. A lady named Taysha came to the rescue! There was about an hour wait during the dinner time, as we did walk in on that tuesday, which they have the all you can eat crab legs for $50 if not mistaken. Not sure if call in advance available, as they were having all you can eat crab legs. We didnt try that all you can eat, but instead we orderd shrimp, clam, cray fish, and the crab legs.
